Leadership Team
At Faith Gospel we make decisions openly with a majority rule. About 6 or 7 times a year the Leadership Team meets to discuss the spiritual, physical and financial condition of the church. Our Leadership Team is kind of like a board of trustees, however the decision making power remains with the church body. The Leadership Team's main purpose is to discuss and implement ways to make our church better. They also serve as a consultation group to the pastor.
